Webquest tasks:
Upon completion of this WebQuest you will be able to deliver a 5-7 minute presentation to the class on your chosen mathematician by using your interactive poster created through Glogster.
The following information must be included on your interactive poster:
Prior standards that we have covered in class that will be correlated to this project include: 8.NS.1, 8.NS.2, 8.F.1, 8.F.2, 8.G.1, 8.G.2, 8.G.5, 8.G.6, 8.G.7, 8.G.8, and 8.G.9.
Your interactive poster must be visually appealing and have an appropriate background and wall color. I have attached a rubric, which details all of the requirements of this project to the evaluation page of this WebQuest. Review this rubric prior to getting started and after you have completed your interactive poster. You can access the evaluation page by either clicking on the button below or by clicking on the "Evaluation" tab at the top of this page. After you have reviewed the rubric, click on the process button to get started!

- Name of mathematician
- At least 10 biographical facts about chosen mathematician (when and where this person was born, information about this person's childhood/adolescent years, information about their education, interesting personal facts, etc.)
- At least 5 pieces of information regarding their contributions to mathematics (any theories, formulas, proofs, etc.)
- At least 3 graphics that are related to your chosen mathematician (their portrait, pictures of their contributions, etc.)
- At least 3 interactive mediums embedded into your interactive poster that are credible and up to date (videos and additional resources of your choice)
